Catalogs vs. Booklets in a Nutshell

A lot of folks ask what the difference is between Booklets and Catalogs. We have a simple answer. Catalogs have thicker cover stocks than their inside pages and are what the industry refers to as Booklets PLUS cover.

You’ll also notice you have perfect bound and saddle stitch options on Catalog orders.

Booklets are just as awesome — just a little different. They’re referred to by the industry as having SELF-covers, meaning there’s no variation between the thickness of the cover stock and the inside pages.

These two categories exist as a way of classifying the two products to make navigation easier for y’all.

  1. It Brings a Humanness to Brands. Video brings a humanness to brands like no other medium. It enables customers to connect with you on a more personal level, and connection generally leads to trust which, in turn, can have a profound impact on growth and sales.
  2. It’s Quickly Becoming Industry Standard. More and more businesses, both B2B and B2C, are embracing video as a central component to their marketing strategy. It’s quickly becoming an industry standard, so it’s a great way to stay current and keep up with your competitors. And who doesn’t want to be “on-trend” if not two steps ahead of the curve? But all trendiness aside – it’s an incredibly effective form of marketing, and businesses know this.
  3. It Helps you Build a Bigger Following. Not only is video one more piece of media that you can share with your audience via email and social media, but it happens to be owned by Google which means it’s heavily favored in search engine results. That’s a whole lotta bang for your buck. Oh yeah, and it’s free!

  5. Mobile Accessibility. Who doesn’t carry their mobile devices around at all times? We’re at the height of the digital age, and most of the people in the demographics we’re targeting would never dream of leaving home without at least one handheld device. And it’s safe to say that most of these folks view video on these mobile devices. It’s just one more touch point between you and your customers, and it happens to be an engaging one at that.

But we’ve really just scratched the surface, and guaranteed you’ll be hearing more from us about why this medium is so beyond fantastic. PPAI Expo Day One = Success!

We’ve just wrapped day one at the PPAI Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the first day was a hit — thank you to everyone who made it out to the show! Our colorful booth was quite popular, with all of our favorite Dye Sub products on display and then some. Guests had the opportunity to participate in several raffles throughout the day, winning fun prizes like GoPro Cameras, FitBits and 4over coupons. 4over Northwest Production Center Now Open

4over Expands National Footprint by Opening its Latest Production Center to a Growing Pacific Northwest Customer Base

Seattle, Wa. — To better accommodate its growing customer base in the Pacific Northwest and to service increased demands for fast turnarounds, 4over has opened the doors to its Northwest Production Center in Milton, Washington. North America’s Super Trade Printer will be offering pickup and local delivery service to Seattle, Portland and surrounding areas.
