Davis joins 4over with 30 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry—from the shop floor to senior operational leadership positions, overseeing safety, quality, production, engineering, purchasing, materials, manufacturing, logistics, and operational P&L. He is an Azusa Pacific University alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in business management and holds an MBA from the University of La Verne.
As Director of Operations, Davis will work to make a positive impact on the organization and its shareholders. He feels this new role has given him the opportunity to apply his combined experience in both production volume and custom application settings into one operational business process.
Davis plans to implement goals and vision in this role by leading plant operations management in a manner that thrives through continual improvement, plant workplace safety, exceeding customer expectations, and financial management for facility expenses, while adding value to the organization by keenly aligning with 4over’s overall mission, vision, and business objectives. He also hopes to empower and engage everyone through passion.
In his free time, he tries to stay active at home in Upland, California with his wife of 30 years, spends time with their two adult children, travels, and tries to lower his golf score.
With his many talents, vast experience, and strong values, Davis makes a great addition to the 4over team.
