Enhanced customer service. Our main emphasis this year revolves around a dedicated effort to enhance and streamline our customer experience. Our team actively participated in numerous customer events, engaging with valuable advice, questions, and concerns from our customers. We deeply value this feedback and are committed to implementing improvements. Our top priorities include optimizing customer service with a specific focus on reducing hold times on both phone and chat channels. Your satisfaction remains at the forefront of our goals, and we are dedicated to delivering a better experience.
Freight shipping. We’re thrilled to offer our customers more flexibility with this new shipping option. We’re adding freight shipping as a standard menu option on many high-volume products (with new products being added to the freight shipping lineup all the time).
High-volume products. Speaking of high-volume products, we’re pleased to announce that your top-selling print products are available in high-volume quantities. Now your customers’ largest print orders are no problem and we’ll be shipping them with our unbeatable 48-hour turnaround time.
Next Day Express. Our new, turnaround cutoff time gives you more flexibility with your customers and your business. Simply place your orders by 9 pm and they’ll be ready for local pickup or shipping the next day.* We’re always adding new products to the Next Day Express lineup, so check back often for updates.
*Orders must be submitted with artwork approved by 9 pm, according to the production facility’s local time.
